you with prices in your own currency. If we're not doing
it right, let us know what currency you want us to provide
you the prices in and we will do so. We are used to it, you're
not asking for more.
We're not here to sell you stuff. We are here to help you
get what you want or what you need. Just as you would consult
a friend on your needs and seek their advise, we are here to
help you in the same way. So we might ask you some more personal
questions than a sales clerk in a store, this is to better
help us understand who you are, so we can make personalized
recommendations. So don't expect us to be like a clerk at a
store, we're not, we are your friend.
Are you looking for a new gadget that just came on the market?
A rare item that's not available where you live ? Or that sells
for too much money? Sometimes, some items are not listed on
our website, because we simply don't have the time to list
every single product, but most likely, we can still get a good
deal on those products that you're looking for. We have the

If you already know what price range you're looking at, you
can also indicate a price, so we can try to beat that price.
When doing so, please make sure that the store sells to your
location as most sellers don't ship internationally, and that's
what differentiates us! Also, please provide us with a link
to where you saw the item cheaper, so we feel more competitive
and fired up to beat that price.
Are you having problems with a product we sold you? We are
not going to let you down, trust us.
But one thing to note. We know we are friendlier than most
manufacturer support people, and we know you are going to contact
us first, but we have a lot of friends and they all contact
us first, which can overload us a bit sometimes. So, we have
thought up a fair thing to ask from our customers. Please contact
the manufacturer first to get help. They have many people who
can find answers to most of your simple problems quite quickly
and they will have manuals on their computers that they can
read from. We know most of our products, but we are not going
to be able to provide specific answers to your questions right
away at all times. So even after contacting the manufacturer's
technical support team about your problem, if you still don't
have a solution, then please do not hesitate to contact our

our support team will get back to you with an answer as soon
as they can.
