We know we are friendlier than most manufacturer support people, and we know you are going to contact us first, but we have a lot of friends and they all contact us first, which can overload us a bit sometimes. So, we have thought up a fair thing to ask from our customers. Please contact the manufacturer first to get help. They have many people who can find answers to most of your simple problems quite quickly and they will have manuals on their computers that they can read from. We know most of our products, but we are not going to be able to provide specific answers to your questions right away at all times.
